Cold-Calling Specialist

This is a phone-based cold calling role working with local service businesses (plumbers, contractors, trades).

Calls are made using my SIP/VoIP system on either a phone or computer.
Logging call outcomes in a Google Sheet is required.
This is not a data entry, chat support, or admin role.

What you’ll do

Make outbound calls using my SIP/VoIP system

Ask a few short qualifying questions (script provided)

Identify interest and collect the best texting number

Hand interested contacts off to me

Log call outcomes clearly in a Google Sheet

You do NOT:

sell

explain pricing

close deals

collect payments

I handle all explanations, follow-ups, closing, and payment.

Pay

$50 USD per sale that results from one of your handoffs

Commission-only

Paid within 24 hours after the client payment clears

No cap

Starts as a 2–3 week trial

Good fit if you

Are comfortable speaking on the phone for hours

Speak clear English

Can follow a script word-for-word

Respond quickly and can start when instructed

Are reliable and consistent

IMPORTANT

Individual freelancers only (no agencies or studios)

Must be comfortable with cold calling

Must accept commission-only during the trial

Must be able to move quickly on Day 1
