Clone Restricted Google Sheet Exactly

My team shared a Google Sheet with me that contains about 250 rows. It’s view-only and all standard options—copy, download, copy-paste, filtering—are disabled. I simply need an identical replica, including every cell’s formatting, placed in a new Google Sheet that I own so I can keep it as a backup.
Nothing in the data has to change; columns, formulas, conditional formatting, notes—everything should look and behave the same. This is a one-time task, so a quick Apps Script, Google Sheets API pull, or any other method you prefer is fine as long as the result is a perfect mirror.
Deliverable
• A new Google Sheet in my Drive containing all 250 rows with identical formatting and data.
I’ll provide view access to the original file as soon as we start and confirm completion once I’ve cross-checked random samples for accuracy and formatting consistency.
