Client Management & Req Tracker w/ Dashboard - Google Sheets

I am a Sr. Account Manager with multiple clients, my team and I need to track each job order and progress, including candidates, interviews, onboardings, won orders, lost orders, etc. I also need to track the state of current business, including; attrition, leads/pipeline, manager details, meetings, new meetings, new business, consultant details, etc.

I'd like to also create a dashboard.
