Catalog Tradeshow Equipment Inventory
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a meticulous freelancer to create a complete, manually-tracked inventory of our tradeshow equipment. Every item must be logged in a spreadsheet and matched with a clear photo.
Here’s what each line in the sheet must capture: item name and brief description, its serial number, current condition with any visible wear noted, plus a short maintenance history if it exists. Photos should be labeled to correspond with the row number in the sheet.
You’ll work with provided device(s) for photography and use Google Sheets for detail capture. I will supply access to the storage room; you supply the attention to detail and time to inspect, photograph, and record.
Deliverables
• Completed spreadsheet with all required columns filled
• Compressed folder (or shared drive link) containing the labeled photos
• Quick summary of any items that appear damaged
Once I review and spot-check a random sample for accuracy, we can mark the project complete.
