I need daily help phoning medium-to-large Canadian firms (about 100–500+ staff) to find out one simple fact: which carrier currently handles their group benefits or pension plan. Think Manulife, Sun Life, Canada Life and similar names. No selling, no pitching—just polite, professional fact-finding.

Here’s how the flow works. You ring the main line, reach the HR or payroll contact and note the provider they mention. If you land in voicemail, just try again later rather than leaving a message. As soon as you have the answer, you open the shared Google Sheet and log three items—company name, benefits/pension provider, and province (flagging Québec, Ontario or other). That’s it.

I’m aiming for at least 100 fresh, fully completed records every week. An entry-level caller with a clear phone manner will do fine; fluent English is essential and any French you have is a welcome bonus when you’re dealing with Québec numbers.
