Bulk Paper Survey Data Entry

I have a stack of 500+ paper survey forms that need to be transformed into a clean digital dataset. Each form carries a mix of multiple-choice selections, short written comments, and numeric fields such as ratings or counts.

Here’s what I need:
• Transfer every response exactly as written into a spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets is fine).
• Preserve the original question order so cross-tabulation later is straightforward.
• Flag illegible or ambiguous answers in a separate column for quick follow-up.
• Spot-check your own work to keep transcription errors to an absolute minimum; a simple double-entry or side-by-side verification process is welcome.

I will scan and upload the paper forms as clear PDFs. If you prefer another image format just let me know.

When you reply, tell me:

2. Any past projects where you handled large-volume paper data entry.
3. The quality-control method you’ll use.

The finished spreadsheet—accurate, complete, and neatly formatted—is the only deliverable.
