Build me a googlesheet for patient data control

I need a spreadsheet to control patients admitted to a hospital ward and be able to generate some basic indicators.
In the initial tab, I would like to keep patients who are hospitalized at the time, and after they were discharged, their data were moved to another tab for further analysis.

When a active patient receive discharge from hospital, I need to close its register by clicking in a button and his register row automatically copy-pasted to another tab - the tab that will be the source for further analysis with all the records
