AppSheet Developer Needed – Construction Inspection System

We are looking for an experienced Google AppSheet developer to build a simple and user-friendly inspection system for our construction projects.

Project Requirements
Build an AppSheet application connected to Google Sheets.
Allow users to select:
Project
Unit/Villa
Work Item
Construction Stage
Display the inspection checklist based on the selected work item and stage.
Each inspection point should have one of the following statuses:
Compliant
Non-Compliant
Not Applicable
If Non-Compliant is selected, the app should automatically require:
Comment/Reason
Photo upload
Store all inspection records in Google Sheets.
Provide search and filtering for previous inspections.
Create a dashboard showing:
Total inspections
Open observations
Compliance rate
Support different user roles (Admin, Engineer, View Only).
The application must work on both mobile devices and desktop.

We will provide the selected freelancer with the complete inspection checklist, including all work items, stages, and inspection points.
