Branded Basketball Practice Log

I have a daily basketball practice document that I like, but it still carries the original creator’s look. I need it rebuilt under my own brand—logo only, no changes to the existing colour palette or fonts unless a tweak is required for clarity.

Here is what I’m after:
• Two live versions: an editable Google Sheets template and a print-ready, fillable Adobe PDF.
• All the existing sections reproduced exactly so I can drop in fresh text and updated stats every day without breaking the layout.
• Simple logo placement on the header and in the footer of both versions.

I’ll supply the sample file and my logo as soon as we get started. Please set up the Google Sheets with locked formulas or data validation if that speeds up daily stat entry, and make sure the PDF remains fully fillable for on-court use when Wi-Fi isn’t available.

Final hand-off should include the working Sheet link, the editable PDF, and any source files you used so I can adjust in the future if needed.
