Job Title:
Xero + Google Workspace Business Systems, SEO & Work Method Setup (AU Services Business)

Project Description:
We are an Australian services business using Xero for accounting and Google Workspace (Sheets + Docs) for operations. We want a practical, low-maintenance business system that covers:
Financial visibility (via Xero → Sheets)
Operational control (jobs, assets, plant, maintenance)
Documented work methods (WMS / SOPs)
Basic, effective SEO setup for web, Google Business Profile, Facebook, and Instagram

This is a structured setup project, not an ongoing marketing or bookkeeping retainer.

Scope of Work
1. Xero → Google Sheets Integration (Read-Only)
Review existing Xero setup (invoices, contacts, GST, expenses)
Implement one-way sync from Xero into Google Sheets
Data to include:
Invoices (status, due, paid)
Payments
Monthly totals (cash in, GST)
Xero remains the single source of truth

2. Google Sheets Business Systems
Create clean, maintainable Sheets for:
Job booking & status tracking
Asset & plant register
Maintenance scheduling
Invoicing visibility (linked to Xero data)
Simple dashboard:
Overdue invoices
Cash received (monthly)
GST collected
Maintenance due
No duplication of accounting data.

3. Google Docs – Work Method & Plant Management Systems
Create plain-English, usable documents, not compliance fluff.
Documents to include (initial set):
Plant & equipment management procedure
Maintenance & inspection process
Job workflow (quote → book → complete → invoice)
Basic site safety & hazard control method
Equipment use & care guidelines
Requirements:
Written so staff can actually follow them
Modular (easy to update later)
Stored and structured in Google Drive

4. SEO & Digital Presence Setup (Foundational)
This is setup and structure, not content marketing.
Includes:
Review and optimise:
Website SEO fundamentals (titles, descriptions, headings)
Google Business Profile
Facebook business page
Instagram business profile

Keyword alignment for services + local area
Consistent naming, descriptions, and service categories
Simple posting framework (what to post, not daily posting)
No ads, no ongoing posting, no growth hacking.

Requirements
Demonstrated experience with Xero integrations
Strong Google Sheets & Google Docs system design
Practical SEO experience for local service businesses
