Bike Shop Admin Support
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
My bicycle retail business is growing quickly and I need steady, detail-oriented help to keep the back-office running smoothly. The core of the role is straightforward: enter daily sales and product information with precision, then keep an eye on stock levels so nothing critical goes out of stock.
Here’s what you’ll be doing day-to-day: pull figures from our POS, drop them into the Google Sheets template I provide, cross-check SKU, price, and description accuracy, and flag any low-stock or mismatched items you spot. I’ll share a short Loom video, all logins, and clear step-by-step notes so you know exactly where everything lives.
Deliverables
• Sales & product sheet updated by 18:00 CET each weekday
• A concise weekly inventory snapshot highlighting anything below its reorder point
• Brief end-of-week note summarising anomalies, backorders, or questions
You should be comfortable with Google Sheets or Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas, CSV imports), and happy to navigate an online inventory/POS dashboard. Familiarity with retail—or better yet, bike components—will make your life easier, but rock-solid accuracy matters more.
If you already use a favourite tool or method for catching data inconsistencies, let me know, along with when you can start.
