I’m refreshing a master spreadsheet of roughly 150 Bangkok condominiums and need reliable, up-to-date answers straight from each building. You’ll call the numbers I already have (and quickly research and that are wrong or missing), speak with the front desk or management, and capture the following:
• Pet policy – confirm whether two Pomeranians under 5 kg are allowed
• Rental handling – clarify if bookings are managed by an agent, the front desk, or both.
• Unit availability – check whether any units larger than 60 sqm are currently on the market.
• Pricing – record the starting monthly rent only, no ranges needed.
• Contact data – update phone, email, or Line ID if what I provide is outdated.
Enter every answer in the spreadsheet template I’ll share so the data lines up with my existing columns (building name, address, pet notes, fees, rental process, >60 sqm availability, starting price, contact).
