Bangalore Excel Workflow for AV and acoustics work

I need an advanced Excel / Google Sheets specialist who can spend two to three weeks in our Bangalore office building a complete workflow system for our acoustic and audiovisual projects at Colour Vibrations. The workbook must handle task allocation, interactive dashboards and fully automated reports so every stage of a project—from design to commissioning—stays crystal-clear.
Inside the dashboards I want real-time progress tracking and resource allocation alongside live snapshots for procurement, accounts and client communication. The same data should drive scheduled auto-reports that reach the right team members without manual effort.
Please weave in conditional formatting, data validation, pivot-driven summaries and, where useful, Apps Script or VBA so the flow feels effortless for non-technical users. Once the template is stable you will train our engineers, designers and coordinators onsite, then hand over concise, step-by-step documentation before sign-off.

Experience digitising AV, acoustics, construction or other technical workflows is important, and comfort working offline with sensitive data is a plus. Share two similar projects, the tools you’ll rely on and your earliest availability to be at our Koramangala office.
