Automated Staff Allocation Spreadsheet

I have a growing roster of employees and need a single spreadsheet that makes it painless to assign them to projects each day. We have 35 employees at the moment but sometimes we have up to 60.

I will enter only the employee names and their job roles; from there the manager will allocate staff to projects. It needs to be manually by the manager. I’d like to have the option to assign different levels of importance to projects so that if we can’t staff all of them, we can easily identify the less important ones.

Once this is done, the date will be entered and the spreadsheet will output another tab that shows the full day.

Also needs to make an ongoing sheet showing each day similar to the example sheet I have provided.
