Automated Property Portfolio Sheet
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I need a property portfolio tracking sheet created on Google Sheets, enhanced with VBA-driven macros and dynamic graphs that lets me track every property in real time. The sheet must make data entry painless, spin up clear reports at the click of a button, and run quick analyses without my touching a calculator. Everything—raw figures, summaries, and charts/graphs—should live inside the file; I do not want it pulling information from websites or local files.
Core data to capture for each address will be the current market value, monthly, year, 10, 20 and 30 year growth predictions based of input growth %, on going expenses with council rats, water, strata, insurance and ongoing or one-off maintenance costs. From there, your code should automatically calculate totals, cash-flow positions, and yield percentages, then package those results into concise printable reports.

• Structured Google Sheet with separate tabs for Input, Calculations, and Reports
• VBA modules that handle:
– Guided form or user-friendly input mask for new entries
– Scheduled or on-demand report generation (PDF and in-sheet)
– Snapshot and trend analysis dashboards
• Clear inline comments plus a short setup/use guide so I can tweak figures later on without breaking the automation
I’ll test the file by entering a few sample properties and confirming that the macros populate all summary fields and export a neat report without errors. Once everything runs smoothly and the code is documented, the project is complete.
