Automated Product Inventory Spreadsheet

I need a clean, easy-to-use spreadsheet that tracks all of my product inventory in one place. The file should list every SKU with space for supplier information and update key figures automatically so I can open it and see current stock levels without refreshing formulas by hand.

Here’s what matters most to me:
• Columns for product name/SKU, supplier name, contact details, cost, and current quantity.
• Formulas or scripts that recalculate totals each time a new entry is added or edited—no manual recalculation.
• Clear instructions on adding new products so the sheet remains functional over time.

I work comfortably in both Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, so build in whichever environment you prefer (or provide versions for both if simple to do). A short Loom or written guide that explains the key formulas and any automation you add will complete the hand-off.
