Automated Exhibition ID Card Generator

I’m setting up a fully automated workflow to produce creative ID cards for every exhibitor at our upcoming painting show. The process must start with a simple Google Form where each artist uploads their name, photo, ID number and contact phone. From there, the data should flow into Google Sheets, merge into a well-designed Google Slides template that reflects a lively, art-centric style, and finally export each card as an individual PDF ready for print or email.

Here’s what I need from you:

• A Google Form with required fields: Exhibitor’s Name, Photo, ID No., Contact Number
• A connected Google Sheet that captures submissions and triggers card creation automatically
• A visually engaging Slides template (portrait, standard badge size) that showcases the data in a creative, gallery-worthy layout
• An Apps Script (or suitable add-on workflow) that merges each submission into the template, generates one PDF per artist, and stores them neatly in a Drive folder—optionally emailing the file back to the exhibitor

Acceptance criteria: when I submit a test form entry, the system must populate the sheet, generate a correctly formatted PDF card within a minute, and apply the design exactly as in the approved template.
