Automate Tab Data Transfer

I have a single spreadsheet that already holds all raw information in “Tab A.” I need it streamlined so that:

• “Tab B” automatically shows only the inventory information pulled from Tab A.
• “Tab C” automatically shows just the product-detail fields from the same source.
• Before either set lands in its new tab, the data should run through whatever formulas or calculations are required (totals, unit values, derived fields—whatever makes sense once you see the sheet).

I’m comfortable working in either Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, so use the environment that lets you wire this up most cleanly—INDEX-MATCH, QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, Power Query, or even a lightweight script/macro if that’s faster.

When you’re done I want to open the file, add or edit rows in Tab A, and watch Tabs B and C refresh themselves with the calculated values already in place.
