Automate Sales Review Report Creation

I'm looking for a skilled freelancer to help automate the creation of a review pending report using spreadsheet formulas or scripts. We are currently generating our Review Pending Report manually for various hotel review platforms like:

Google Reviews

Booking.com

Expedia.com

We are looking for an experienced Google Sheets / Excel automation expert or a Google Apps Script developer who can:

Requirements:
Create a spreadsheet-based solution (Google Sheets preferred)

We should be able to input hotel names or review page links (e.g., for Google, Booking.com, etc.)

The formula or script should check for new/pending reviews (i.e., not yet responded to) and automatically fetch a report

The result should list:

Review platform

Reviewer name (if available)

Review date

Review rating

Review content

Response status (responded/unresponded)

Deliverables:
Fully functional Google Sheet with working automation/formulas/scripts

Documentation or short video on how to use and update it

1 round of feedback/revision after delivery

Skills Required:
Google Sheets formulas / Google Apps Script

Data scraping (if API is not available)

Familiarity with hotel review platforms and their structures
