Automate 10 Relationship Tests

I have ten relationship assessments, each made up exclusively of multiple-choice items. All the questions and the ready-to-use interpretations for every possible score are already drafted; they just need to be built into Google Forms.

What I need is a fully automated flow: once a participant submits a form, their answers should be scored, matched to the correct interpretation, and that interpretation emailed straight to me (not the participant). A simple Apps Script or an add-on that runs on form submit is fine, as long as it works reliably and keeps the message formatting clean.

Deliverables
• Ten Google Forms mirroring my original tests
• Scoring logic and interpretation mapping embedded or scripted
• Google Apps Script (or equivalent) that triggers on submit and emails me the result summary and interpretation
• Brief hand-off notes so I can update questions or interpretations later if I need to

Everything lives in my Google Workspace, so please be comfortable working within Google Forms, Sheets, and Apps Script.
