Automate Product Review Sheet Updates

I receive product-review responses through an email survey and want every new rating and written comment to land automatically in a Google Sheet. At the moment I still copy-paste, so your task is to design a reliable, hands-off process that captures both the numeric rating and the customer’s text feedback, appending each entry to the next free row without creating duplicates.

Feel free to leverage Google Apps Script, Gmail add-ons, or a lightweight Zapier/Integromat scenario—whatever keeps the workflow inside my Google Workspace and easy for me to maintain.

Deliverables
• Google Sheet ready for reporting, with clear columns for timestamp, customer email, rating, and comment
• Working automation or script that parses the email-survey notifications and pushes the data to the sheet in real time
• Short hand-off guide so I can tweak column names or toggle the trigger without touching code

Acceptance criteria
• Every new survey email appears in the sheet with both rating and full comment text
• No duplicate rows when the same email is processed twice
• The solution runs entirely within my G-Suite account and does not rely on paid third-party services
