Automate Merchant Stock Updates
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
I need a simple link between a Google Sheet and my Google Merchant Center so that any change to the stock quantity column in the sheet is pushed to Merchant automatically. Price and availability can stay as they are; only stock quantity matters.
A lightweight approach is perfect—Google Apps Script, the Content API, or another no-cost solution you’re comfortable with. I just want it to:
• Detect edits to the stock quantity field
• Send the updated value to the correct product in Merchant Center
• Run on an adjustable schedule so I can choose hourly, daily, or weekly later
Deliverables:
1. Working script or connector installed in my Google Workspace
2. Brief setup notes or screen-share walkthrough so I can maintain it
I’ll provide a sample sheet and Merchant Center access for testing. Once a few SKUs show the correct quantities in Merchant Center, the job is done.
