Auto populate timestamp

I would like a timestamp to populate in the chart labeled “Timestamp Logs” which is next to the chart labeled “Cases Completed”. The charts are identical so, for example when the row for 10:00am is edited under Case 1 (column D) on the Cases Completed Chart - the timestamp should populate still within the 10:00am row but placed under Case 1 (column P) on the Timestamp Log chart. This pattern will continue for every chart, there will always be 5 charts per tab on the sheet. The only thing changing between tabs on the sheet is the unique dates (which are the dates of the week, will always be Sun-Thurs though).
I will be adding tabs overtime of the same layout again, with only changing the unique dates and the charts get filled based on the current date. I won’t be deleting any tabs, just hiding them overtime.
Also, the data in the Cases Completed chart will always be from the drop down which is only Yes or No if that matters.
