Athlete Exercise Testing Data Collection

I am looking to make my current Google Sheets that I have created more streamlined and able to automatically rank the data I enter in as well as find ways to keep track of each individual Athletes progress throughout the year on each exercise. I'd like to have a separate sheet where I can enter in an athletes name and it pop-up with all of the testing data from the current year and previous years . I have attached a copy of one of my current Google Sheets for my WVB team as an example. Please note, names have been removed to protect athlete confidentiality.
