Assign script in google sheets

Hi,

I have a simple google sheet set up. The goal is to control inventory from a remote location. I need someone to assign the script to a button I have created which will transfer data input into a form onto the next sheet to be organised as a ledger. The ledger is there to view the history in case an order is missed. I need to be able to copy or delete the ledger periodically as it will get long. The form should deduct the quantity of each product from each order line from the total cases remaining under the 'ship noble' column.

This should be super straight forward for anyone that has a good understanding of scripts in sheets.
