Apps Script Google form

Hi,
I would like to create a gift card using Google form and Apps Script of google.
The scenario should be like below,
1- we have a predesigned template of a gift card (A4 landscape)
2-we have a list of friends on a google sheet. The google sheet contains the list of friends details (identity, name, special word, number of sent gift cards )
3-we have a google form that has two fields, identity field, and email field.
Now, we want to allow our friend to use their identity to get their gift card by email.
When a friend enter his/her identity and email in the form, first we check
1- if the id is correct, then we pick the name and the special word and place them on the template.
2-we update the field "number of sent gift cards" by adding one.
3-send the generated gift card to the email.
4-if the identity is incorrect we notify the user and do nothing.
I hope the task is straightforward.
