Advanced Greyhound Race Result Analysis Tool in Excel

I collect the results of Greyhound races in the UK and Australia.
I am looking for someone to create a document (in Google Sheets ideally) that takes my raw data from each track and automatically split it up into groups so I can work on and analyse specific areas.
My work is granular. Instead of understanding greyhound racing or even a track in general, I want to know for example how often trap 2 won in a grade A5 race in Harlow in April for example.
Each track must have it's own spreadsheet that is independent. Within each spreadsheet I want a tab for each race grade, distance and trap. It has to pull through the data such as odds, race results, expected win rate etc.
I have something I created which you can either improve or use as an idea to start from scratch. Anything specific to the world of greyhound racing, bets, grades, odds etc I can explain.
