Advanced Google Sheets & Forms Integration

Please help me design a Google Form that uses layered conditional logic to guide respondents through different question paths and store every answer in a linked Google Sheet. On the spreadsheet side I need complex calculations—nested array-style operations, dynamic lookups, and error-proof aggregations—so the raw responses are instantly translated into clear metrics without any manual intervention.
Everything has to live neatly inside Google Drive, so the Sheet must auto-organise itself in my Drive structure and keep the Form in sync if the file is moved or renamed.
Deliverables
• Fully functional Google Form with all branching logic tested
• Linked Google Sheet containing the finished calculations, documented inline so I can tweak later
• Drive-level integration: correct folder placement, working links, no breakage if assets are moved
Acceptance criteria
1. Form routing behaves exactly as specified in the test script we will step through together.
2. All calculated results match the reference values I will provide for a sample data set.
3. No manual copy-pasting or add-ons are required once the solution is deployed—everything runs natively in Sheets and Drive.
