I have a collection of product write-ups stored as simple text documents, and I need those details copied into a clean, well-structured spreadsheet. The task is straightforward:

• Extract the product name and its description exactly as written.
• Enter each pair into separate columns in Excel or Google Sheets—whichever you prefer.
• Keep original spelling, punctuation, and line breaks where relevant so nothing is lost.

Consistency and an eye for detail are more valuable to me than speed. If you’re comfortable handling plain text files and organizing data neatly, this should be a smooth, quick assignment.
