Accurate PDF Data Entry
Budget: ₹400 – ₹750 INR
I have a collection of PDF files that contain a mix of text and numerical information. I need every field from these PDFs keyed manually into a spreadsheet—either Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets—while preserving the original order and clearly separating text from numbers.
Accuracy is my top priority: the final sheet must be 100 % error-free. A logical column structure, consistent formatting, and basic formulas for totals or cross-checks (where relevant) should be built in so I can verify the data easily. Fast turnaround is important, but not at the expense of precision.
Deliverables
• A clean, fully populated spreadsheet (Excel or Sheets) with all records entered
• Uniform formatting for dates, currency, and text fields
• Any simple validation or checksum formulas you add to confirm totals
