Accurate PDF Data Entry
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have a 11–50-page PDF filled with plain text that needs to be turned into a clean, well-structured spreadsheet. Your job is to read every line carefully and transpose the information into either Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets—whichever environment you feel fastest and most accurate in—while preserving all wording, numbers, and punctuation exactly as they appear.
Because the PDF does not arrive in tidy tables, you will need to decide logical breaks, maintain consistent row structure, and label columns clearly. I will confirm the final column headings once you have laid out the first few sample rows, so build the sheet with intuitive placeholders that keep the data readable.
Deliverables:
• Completed spreadsheet in .xlsx format and, if built in Sheets, a shareable Google Sheets link
• No transcription errors (I will spot-check against the source)
• A brief note on any unclear entries or anomalies you encounter
If you’re meticulous with data, comfortable navigating non-tabular PDFs, and can turn this around promptly, I’d love to work with you.
