Accurate Mixed Data Entry Task

I have a collection of text snippets and numerical fields that need to be keyed in manually into my master spreadsheet. Nothing will be scripted or imported—I specifically want careful, human data entry so that formatting quirks and small notes are preserved exactly as they appear in the source files.

You will receive scans (PDF) and a few handwritten notes; the destination is a Google Sheet I’ll share once we start. Consistency in spelling, number alignment, and date formats is essential, and I’ll run spot-checks as we go.

What will convince me to pick you is seeing examples of similar work you have completed—screenshots or links to live sheets are perfect. A brief note on your usual accuracy rate is helpful, but please keep the focus on past work rather than a long proposal.

Deliverables
• Fully populated Google Sheet with all text and numbers entered exactly as provided
• A short change log noting any unclear items or illegible sections you flagged for review
