You will receive high-resolution scans of the forms plus a template file that shows the exact column order I want. Simply type the values, verify totals where they appear, and flag anything illegible so I can clarify it quickly. Once the set is complete, return the spreadsheet and I will spot-audit several records for accuracy before signing off.
