I need a reliable freelancer to transfer information from a series of source documents into a structured spreadsheet with perfect accuracy. This is a purely manual data entry job—no scraping or automated tools. The files are ready, the column layout is defined, and I will share clear formatting notes so you know exactly where every piece of information belongs.
Scope
• Roughly a few thousand rows taken from PDFs and handwritten notes
• Standard fields such as names, contact details, dates, and reference numbers
• Double-checking for typos or missing values as you go
Timeline
The full dataset must be completed and returned to me within a month, but I’m happy to break the work into smaller milestones so we can track progress and maintain accuracy.
Deliverable
A clean Excel or Google Sheets file that mirrors the template I provide, ready for immediate use in our internal system.
