I have several spreadsheets that need to be built out and kept pristine. Most of the information is plain text—think names, addresses, short notes—pulled from different websites and documents. Your job is to gather that content, copy-paste or type it in, then double-check that every cell is spelled correctly, uniformly formatted, and sitting in the right column.

I’m comfortable working in either Excel or Google Sheets, so feel free to use whichever platform (or both) lets you move fastest while keeping accuracy at 100 %. You’ll also handle light web research when a piece of information is missing, making sure the final sheet is complete before you hand it back.

Timeliness matters: once we agree on a deadline I expect the file returned on or before that date. Quality matters even more: no empty rows that shouldn’t be empty, no stray spaces, and definitely no typos.
