Web Research Task: Identify Dentists Without or With Outdated Websites (3–5 Sample Entries Required)

I’m hiring a virtual assistant or lead researcher to help me identify dentists in the United States who:
• Do not have a website, or
• Have an outdated or poorly designed website (e.g., built with Wix, Vistaprint, old designs, not mobile-friendly)

What You Need to Do (Sample Task First):

Before awarding the full job, I want to evaluate your work quality. Please provide 3 to 5 sample entries based on your research.

You can use any of the following sources to find dentists:
• Google Maps
• Yelp
• Healthgrades
• Yellow Pages

Then, use Google search to check if a website exists and assess its quality.

Data You Must Collect for Each Entry:

Business Name (Name of the dentist or clinic)
City (U.S. city where they operate)
Website URL (Leave blank if no website exists)
Website Status (One of: None / Outdated / OK)
Notes on Website (Example: “Wixsite, not mobile-friendly,” “Slow loading,” “No SSL,” etc.)
Contact Email )From website, listing, or “Contact Us” page)
Phone Number (As listed on directory or website)
Source (Where you found the lead (e.g., Yelp, Google Maps))
Google Business Profile Status (Say: Complete, Missing Website, or Poorly Maintained (missing info/photos, etc.)

Trial First – Then Ongoing Work

This is a test task. If your sample entries are accurate and well-presented, I will award you a larger batch of leads in other industries too (lawyers, cosmetic surgeons, real estate, etc.).
