I need the primary contact number on my Google My Business profile replaced with a new one. I already have full owner-level access to the listing, so you can jump straight into the dashboard.
Scope of work
• Change the phone field to the new number and save the update.
• Handle or guide me through any verification step Google might trigger (SMS, call, postcard, or video).
• Monitor the listing until the new number appears on Google Search, Maps, and the Knowledge Panel.
• Provide a brief note or screen-recorded walkthrough so I can repeat the process later if needed.
The task is finished once the new number is live everywhere the listing surfaces. Experience with the latest GMB (GBP) interface and its verification quirks will be highly valued.
