Need an Experienced Consultation - Google Business Profile

We had setup a google business profile (Business Category: Shopping Mall) and struggled the verification process for so long. finally the verification completed 1 month ago. but still the profile not appearing on google maps and google search. It appears sometimes only. Also it was not appearing on the right side of the page on google search.
What we need from you

This is not a hands on task for you, you may do analysis, checkings and find the problems and explain us what to do. We will be doing it, but need someone highly experienced on this matter to give proper advice all the way till the profile appear properly to all users.
Note: Each changes in the google process may takes weeks, so you may expect delay in the payments also. First payment (50%) will be provided after proper advice and actions taken. Second payment (50%) is only 2 weeks after the all the issues are fixed and google verification's are completed and profile properly appearing everywhere.
