Fix Google Business Verification

My local service-area business keeps getting stuck at the verification stage: Google won’t accept the basic information I submit and the profile never moves past “Verification required.” I need someone who already knows the quirks of Google Business Profile (formerly GMB) to investigate why the details are being rejected, correct any formatting or policy conflicts, and guide me through resubmitting whatever Google needs—screenshots, utility bills, video walk-throughs, you name it.
The job is complete once the listing shows as “Verified” in the dashboard and the business is publicly searchable on Google Maps and Search with the correct NAP data. If you can also provide a short hand-off note summarising what was fixed so I can avoid the same problem in the future, that would be ideal.
