Google Reviews to Boost Hotel Credibility

We need help with Google reviews.

Our customer has recently bought a Hotel and kept the same name as previous owner.

While with Tripadvisor the procedure was simple and fair (We sent the purchase documents that prove the new ownership and tripadvisor removed all old reviews)

With Google reviews even though we modified the name and informed about the new ownership Google forwarded all the old reviews to the new listing

We don't want to do anything against the rules we just want the old reviews removed
