PageSpeed 90+ Site Optimization || Chrome DevTools, Lighthouse, WebPageTest or similar tools

I have three public-facing JSP pages –

After testing them myself with Chrome DevTools and pagespeed.web.dev, I can see that pure loading speed is our weakest metric, so that’s the area I want to attack first.
What I need from you
• A clear, line-by-line set of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript edits that I can paste straight into my codebase. No server or build-tool access is possible on your side; everything has to be analysed locally.
• Optimisation tactics focused on images/media (compression, modern formats, smart loading) and JavaScript/CSS (minification, deferral, critical CSS, unused-code removal).
• Advice that preserves the site’s current look and feel. Micro-level redesigns or rearrangements are fine as long as the visual identity stays intact.
How we’ll judge success
– Each of the three URLs consistently scores 90+ on the mobile tab of Google PageSpeed Insights.
– Core Web Vitals pass, with LCP under 2.5 s, FID (INP) under 200 ms and CLS under 0.1.
– No breakage in existing animations, form validations or third-party integrations; the user journey must remain exactly as it is today.
