Optimize Website pagespeed and Mobile Performance (CMS System redaxo.org)

I'm looking to significantly improve the pagespeed optimization of my website. I use a CMS System redaxo.org. There are four main issues with the current website that I'd like to address:

- Slow loading time
- Poor performance on mobile devices
- Low pagespeed scores
- Optimize Pictures
