Laravel 100% Google Speed Fix

I need my Laravel site to hit a perfect 100 / 100 on Google PageSpeed Insights for both mobile and desktop. At the moment it struggles with all three Core Web Vitals: loading speed (especially LCP), interactivity, and visual stability. No caching layers, image optimizers, or other performance tools are in place yet, so you will be starting with a clean slate.

Your job is to profile the application, eliminate bottlenecks in the PHP-blade views and assets pipeline, implement smart caching or a solution like Laravel Octane or Redis if needed, compress and properly serve media, and fine-tune any server or DNS settings that affect TTFB. I expect you to validate every change with fresh Lighthouse and PageSpeed reports and leave the configuration documented so I can reproduce the 100 % score after future deployments.
