Increase speed of react.js/vue.js project

Hello everyone, in your application start with "start" so I know you read this,

I own the website Discords.com and I am looking for a skilled developer to help speed up pages. I attached screenshots of some of the issues below (we can add you to the webmaster account so you can see all issues), we need all URLs to be good and green in web core vitals. We basically need to make google like us.

There are many methods for this, one I may suggest is using https://fab.dev/. We need perfect and quick work, my budget is $400. There are only about 10 pages to optimize on our site so this should not take too long, it looks like there are thousands of URLs but there are not in the code. This is a custom project coded in Typescript, react.js, vue.js, and is in a Github repo.
