I need a mentor who is expert in GPS ratings (Relevance assessment, Data Accuracy assessment [Name, Address & Pin], verifying US addresses) I have multiple tasks to be rated.

I currently possess a set of Guidelines, which serve as my main document and point of reference. Alongside these Guidelines, I also have a collection of Rating Documents. While I acknowledge their importance, I need a mentor who can assist me in comprehending the content and understanding the underlying concepts. The guidance and support of a mentor would greatly aid me in becoming familiar with the Guidelines and Rating Documents, enabling me to navigate them confidently.
