help setup google maps api

As a client, I'm looking for help to set up a Google Maps API. The main purpose of the API is to track locations, so no custom marker icon is required. In terms of customization, I need something basic. I'm looking for a freelancer who can get the API up and running so it will fulfill my requirements. Thanks for your help!
