export 1 days data from Google Calender and import it into Google Maps for Route optimisation

We use Google Calendar to keep track of jobs for multiple vehicles. When we have filled up a day we currently manually enter all the addresses in Google maps and then sort on the best route. I want to export the addresses of all jobs for one day e.g. Thursday 7th August into Google Maps and use Google Maps Extended routes to optimise the run. Then if possible export it back into Google calendar otherwise just reorder jobs manually. Attached are two screen shots of typical calendars.
I want a template or something simple that the scheduler can use each day to export data across from Google Calendar to Google Maps and do the routing optimisation. Exporting back is a bonus but not necessary.
