Tiny Avatars Game

i need a small game on the map.
(u can use a map api and i can provide google map api KEY)

1- everyone login to game and see the world map.
2- then he choose a tiny avatar for himself
3- then can move his avatar on the map and chat with other avatars.

thats what i need for start. if i see you can do that, we can talk about adding more features.

i can pay 100-200$ for this small game just as a test to find a right developer.
im looking for a serious and long cooperation and have plans for this game.
