Taxi Reservation form Development
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a taxi reservation booking form to be implemented in a web app. The project involves dividing the booking process into multiple steps to enhance user experience and simplify the input process. The web app should have a modern design using HTML5/JS and Bootstrap to provide a good user interface.
Key Features:
- Pick-up location with autocomplete (and a optional "find my position" button)
- Drop-off location with autocomplete + ("add another destination" function)
- Number of passengers, Name and Phonenumber and the Price(in-house api available)
- Special requests (wheelchair)
- Summary of all the above
- A mockup "searching for available vehicle.."-page (there is an in-house rest-api for this)
- A list of the available vehicles found (there is an in-house rest-api for this)
- Payment method (this one just need to be a nice mockup placeholder for now)
Location Display:
- The pick-up and drop-off locations should be displayed to the user on the summary-page.
User Account Features:
- This aspect was not included in the initial project scope, so you won't have to implement any user account features at this stage.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript, Google API´s , REST-API´s and Bootstrap
- Experience in developing mobile and user-friendly web applications
- Familiarity with taxi booking systems or similar reservation forms would be a plus.
Please keep in mind that a key aspect of this project is the user's interaction with the form. The design and functionality should aim to make the booking process as smooth and easy as possible.
