Single-page no-code demo app using Google Maps
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking for a developer to create a single-page demo web app using Google Maps and any no code/low code tool such as Bubble.io, Adalo or Noodl. The project requires the following features:
- A custom Google map pulling data from the Google Maps Dataset, which the user can pan and zoom
- Custom markers, based on a list of addresses uploaded as CSV files using the Dataset feature of the Google Maps platform. Each custom marker has an associated value, also included in the CSV file, which shall be displayed in each marker "bubble". Ideally, if there are too many bubbles within the same small area, a larger "summary" bubble is shown instead, with the corresponding min-max value range displayed also.
- Custom color-coded semi-transparent overlays, which can be switched on and off, which are polygons uploaded as GeoJSON files using the Dataset feature on the Google Maps platform. Each polygon has an associated value, which determines the color of the overlay
- An address field allows the user to type in an address. The map zooms to that location; all custom markers and overlays in the area are displayed, and if the address falls within any of the polygon overlays then the value associated with that polygon shall also be displayed (on or off the map)
- A control switch, where the user can switch on and off the display of the polygon overlays on the map.
I do not have specific design preferences for the single-page demo app and I am open to any design suggestions. You may use any common no-code/low-code development environment, which I will subsequently also use to build out an MVP. I prefer Bubble.io and you may use any plugin (free, paid or custom). I prefer that the web app is responsive such that it also looks good on mobile.
I will provide a sample CSV and a sample GeoJSON file once we start. Delivery is considered done when the source code has been turned over and the web app correctly displays data from my own Google Maps account.
